Reporting to: Managing Director
Role model: Hybrid - 1 day remote after 3 months
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Administrator to support the purchasing and project teams with day-to-day procurement and administrative activities. The role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and confidence working with systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
· Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner
· Perform data entry and maintain purchasing records within internal systems
· Liaise with Project Managers to support procurement requirements
· Work closely with logistics team to ensure smooth flow of goods and documentation
· Manage general POs and assist with administrative purchasing tasks
· Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures and controls
· Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules (As required)
Skills & Experience Required
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
· Economics background (degree or relevant qualification preferred)
· Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
· Tech-savvy with good IT awareness and confidence in using systems
· High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Desirable (But Not Essential)
· Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement environment
· Exposure to logistics or supply chain processes
· Polish Language
· ERP experience (Dynamics 365)
